Scientists build beating heart in lab
They took cells from rat hearts and mixed them with baby rat stem cells, or heart cells. After 8 days of growth they became hearts and began to beat.

The evolutionary function of disease may be like the pin machine clearing away fallen pins at a bowlarama. I think this is disgusting and should be abandoned as an evolutionary mechanism.

Disease and other such functions would be a kind of purification of the systems and population of mankind. It is like a Nazi Reich occurring with a continual genocide going on, year after year. The only way people should die is intelligently. Humans can be freed from these evolutionary shortcomings and master physics and electronics and biology to live a better life forever.
Cells experience the shortcomings of disease partially as a self-refining technique to enhance the species. This means that individual lifeforms voluntarily *die* of disease to leave room for their fitter [or luckier] brothers and sisters. This circuit should be turned off in our DNA, and our subsequent DNA advancement undergone manually.
Species within a closed electrical life system also compete to be the best among the species to a certain ratio. This competition can be performed by mental or theoretical means rather than by physical competition so that intelligence and understanding can reign instead of carnage and death. This is literally true, and a circuit that can be traced and selected/wired.

Before building a biological system you must understand the electrical systems that lay underneath it. For a system to be biologically sound it must be electrically sound.
Presuming that we have fusion changes things biologically. We're a race of life and death, with the curses of the garden of eden upon us, forcing us to toil and fight. Fusion will give us everything we need, and raise us in high water above Eden. It is, itself, the end of God's curses from Eden. High 5. What do we do in that absence, though?
It is as though you are no longer living in your parents' house, and all laws are limited only by what you can buy or not get stopped from doing. Imagine having an infinitely full wallet and this. That is what it will be like. We must keep this in mind when designing new life.
Currently we have intrahuman and social and potential continuity crises form vices such as sexual deviancy, social disorder, etc. Species having niches rely on these instincts to survive. If we build a biology that has only chemical systems to survive, they will have no instincts and probably die. Species have intrapersonal instincts that they acquire or develop mentally during their life according to their DNA and experiences. We need to *code* this. How would you?
An electromental 8>9 that is unchecked will produce an unsavory field which could cause a normally vibrating cell to become cancer. That is bad. A poor set of instincts and other factors could cause unhealthy em pathways and weak immune systems. This is probably how 'fitness' is generated and organized. We need to *code* this. Not just fuck up some seed that exists already.
God is raising a species. We've been raised by God for thousands of years. GM species have no benefits of coded instincts. The sperm-egg style reproduction and the womb almost certainly introduces fitness tests on fetuses that we do not in the laboratory. We can insert any dna into the egg, without the dna being required to be housed and checked off by a male, produce a functioning sperm, which is a prototype, or pass the egg's em selection process, which most science hardly recognizes. We do have the check of the egg needing to live and grow properly to a fit species, especially if implanted into the womb, where it would be interacted with by a mother considering continuing investing energy in the fetus.

Those tests should be good enough if they're good enough for God. We should insert dna into a sperm and then have that sperm do its job with an egg freely instead. That is a good way for the dna to pass two tests, but it will also not pass the seemingly random DNA selection process from the two contributing parents.
We could make all the desired DNA dominant, which may have to do with collected em charge of the codons. They may collect more charge as particles as static electrical circuits when they are used. More frequently used codons or codon sets may become more dominant. Is this true? Let's measure the relative em strength of segments of DNA. We might be able to change dominance in DNA codons.

The world, and each world/ecosystem, contains various species groups which are designed to throw around nutrients and fields in a circular or ovoid manner fueled by the greater astronomical cycles.
These species groups are built by spirit groups or a creator to operate cyclically it seems and produce something for the greater spirit cycle. What they cannot use they give either to the up or down cycle, life or death.
With the advent of alchemical procedures and forthcoming energy field alchemy overriding the conventional rules of em field dynamics, likely by temporal harmonics or other methodologies, this tiered system will no longer be important for humans. We will not rely on energy co or pro-producers. We may soon be able to produce alchemical oxygen generators fit for breathing without consuming. We can be freed from plants and animals for them to be treated kindly, and live without consuming meaningfully while producing intelligently.
Every alien species begins either formed at the top of the ladder intelligently benefiting and soon understanding the methods of alchemical or special em non-consumption, or separates eventually into that form or down into death or subsistence slavery to another race doing the same.
These species [and em/spirit] groups are engineered together to be like cars with minimal energy loss. Eventually, vehicles will be produced that can be driven farther than is meaningful before breaking down, and maintenance or replacement of the form will immortalize them. What is the greatest and best species group or individual setup to pursue the things in life wonderful? Spare Radiation
It is very probable that the em and radioactive experience from atomic testing and nuclear plants degrades world social hz frequencies to a level substantial enough to want them removed. As well, power lines leak subtle low hz radiation to the detriment of those around. Cellular phone towers might also produce this kind of effect.
As described below mutation is guided by ambient social hz frequency. These radioactive activities produce microcosms of very low hz frequency ranges which strain the earth's and environment's functions. They may have a +- effect in areas close to the blast/plant as like and unlike may attract there, perhaps accounting for the number of ph.d's required for such plants to operate. Cell EM function and Clinical Immortality
A premature baby would need to experience an bioelectromagnetic field sympathetic to itself, and one which would aid it in charging or enhancing its own field by entraining it upwards in intensity and amperage, or it would probably fail even in chemically perfect conditions.
Cells produce an em field of their own. The mother's em field probably interacts with the baby's em field in a way that helps sustain and grow the cells and systems of the baby, alleviating it of labor that its systems would have needed to perform on their own, as adults do, but for the support systems of the earth's ecoem field and our own panhuman social and living panecosystem fields.
This will require scanning of the em field of cells and groups of cells in an embryo and tailoring an artificial em field to support it as it grows.
When a zygote becomes fertilized, it senses the uniqueness of its own em field distinct from the mother [and father] and realizes itself as a new baby cell. This triggers existing circuitry inside the cell to execute, which releases appropriate proteins to cause the cell to produce certain developmental properties and divide at a certain frequency. Later this local information becomes specifically divided into organ types, and new plastic cells take cues from their surrounding em field and neighbors to recognize whether to turn into liver cells or skin cells. Furthermore, cell types may sense the field of all of a kind of cell, such as all the body's red blood cells, to determine if they need to produce more of said cell type. The red blood cell hz frequency in the body could be x, where x is relatively unique to the individual and has an accepted amperage for the system. The system of plasticity would detect this amperage level and if it fell below certain parameters, the cells would become predisposed to become red blood cells. This is likely inherent in every cell and found somewhere in its DNA. I wonder if em data causes cells' dna to be triggered and unrolled.
Detecting this field data could help us *safely* manipulate genes and test their functionality on a longer spectrum than a few generations. I also would love to examine the potential circuitry that can be produced by dna's resistance patterns within cells, and what those unique microfields would do within a cell or a cell group.
I also speculate that the appendix produces a field sympathetic and enhancing to 'good bacteria', but harmful or unrelated to bad bacteria. This electrical effect may also be a major way the body's immune system functions and a direct correlation between mood and immunity. [nobel prize for biology?] It also correlates to the white blood cell's direct system of using ~700nA to stun invaders to be flushed later, as field/signal immune system cooperation. This could allow us to engineer partial artificial immune system function. We can also produce room-sized or city-sized em field dynamics that are hostile to harmful microbes and beneficial to human growth and development, as well as mood. I speculate that people's DNA may change during their life, based on space tests of bacteria in special earth-free electromagnetic fields/space chaos. During your life, even during your faily routine, your DNA may mutate subtly into new organizations if you are particularly receptive to shits in local or global electromagnetic field functions indicative of the state of life on earth or in your area.

Mental Retardation Cured

Cybernetics
Why DARPA is involved in this project is beyond me.
However, Cybernetic arms are scheduled for maintenance by 2009. This means that we could probably simulate 95% of a human by 2013, for prosthesis purposes. No terminators allowed!
This level of neuron interface should allow us to more accurately regenerate neurons and study the macrobehaviors of cell groupings and intracellular keys indicative of macrocellular behavior.
Regarding artificial genesis, we need macrocellular genomics, how genes affect the behavior of numerous cells, to build a new human. It will also show us a series of subtle pathologies [such as aging] and system failures.

Cloning
Cloning is similar to artificial genesis, but without evolutionary review, 100k, or biosynthetics.

The Encode Project
Thank you BBC for working alongside me.
'The Human Genome Project [a Wonder in Civilization 2] told us all the coding letters of our human DNA, but did not give us much understanding of these letters. The Encode Project will tell us what these pieces of DNA do and how they work together in the body to produce the living human.'
The Encode Project will let us perform cosmetic gene therapy, unravel immortality and immunology, perform artificial genesis, master cell plasticity and all other benefits from stem cell research without birth related ethical dilemnas. Only God and genesis related ethical dilemnas, which will transform our society socially and spiritually into XZ.
This project has yet to examine the electromagnetic significance of biology. That one spectrum element is the key to so much biological and mental advancement. Electromagnetic biological functionality [see Technopickle] will open a new world of this XZ society. [XX, XY, XZ]. A new man that is of God? So the letters predict.

Age and Bad Proteins
It seems age is associated with the buildup of incorrect proteins. This can be a trend-related attitude or chemical condition that later and cumulatively or linearly affects macrohealth, leading to physiological death.
Stem Cells rejuvenate old cells
This article shows that stem cells used in treating Parkinson's in primates rejuvenates old damaged cells. This shows that stem cells likely have an organizational force in the biology. It also shows the interconnectedness of a cell *culture*. A daisy chain of em receptivity and conductivity works far better.
I'd like to see the EM differences between single-cell and multicellular organisms, and also single cells from xcell organisms. This likely has substantial affect on biological and organ regeneration and sustenance of health as well as an entraining conducitivity of prechemical functionelles affecting cell plasticity.
We're currently a little behind the post of May 30, 2009 right now, but we are still in the ballpark of on schedule.

British Woman Freezes Eggs for Later
This British woman has frozen some of her eggs to have when she is old because she doesn't want it to interfere with her career. I say why bother putting them back in? We can work on some of them outside her body.
The goal of artificial genesis, assisted by original donors, here known as semificial genesis, can potentially be aided by genetic engineering to produce babies and humans that are genetically superior to their parents in relation to the environments we expect them to encounter.

Prenatal Life Support

I am interested in finding the means by which prenatal infants are supported by the mother. This will probably involve monitoring the cellular activity of prenatal infants and studying the change and makeup of the amniotic fluid and umbilicus during pregnancy. I believe that many parts of the baby's growth are spurred by subtle conditions such as warmth, psi, heartbeat, blood content of the mother, hormones, the presence of chili powder. Genetic cues key to reproduction are also likely intimate. Cellular activity probably recognizes its Hz as distinct from that around it, as a variation of the donors but neither of them individually, and begins pursuing this Hz frequency to the fruition of a full and stably Hz'd human being.
Cell Hz is a point we will need to study. This means investigating cell electromagnetics and subtle bioelectricity.
